Hope is awesome. Expecting and assuming a positive outcome to any situation is a good habit to form. But it must be accompanied by some wisdom and common sense otherwise it’s false hope. You can’t just hope your addiction or habit will go away. If that’s been your strategy for the past few years, I’m sure it’s not working for you. You need to get Help!  It’s ok to admit that you need help. As I have stated on countless occasions we are all addicted to someone or something. Everyone needs help at some point in their life. And anyone who tells you they don’t is just a naive fool. You are not alone. No matter what you are struggling with, numerous others are in the same battle. Some have recovered. Many have had relapses. Most are willing to share and help another fighting the same affliction. You need not be alone. Stay hopeful and get help, so one day you can be helpful to others. Stay Strong, Get Help, and Just Say No.
