Shannon Ponton the star of Network Ten reality series The Biggest Loser Families says “we’ve become soft and I think as a society we’ve forgot what the word no means. I’m not into pointing the finger. We live in a free country where people have choices, and I think too much of the time we say yes.”
I wholeheartedly agree with Shannon. Most people understand they shouldn’t eat a large meat lovers pizza at midnight especially since they already had dinner, but some do. We all know we should exercise, reduce our levels of sugar and salt, and lead a healthier lifestyle. Blah, blah, blah. Guess what, that’s old news. How about we try something way out there! Sit down, get ready for it. Just Say No! I wanted to lose 30lbs at the start of the year. Did I join a gym? Nope. Read the latest diet book? Nope. Took up Yoga? Nope. All great things by the way so haters, relax. I simply identified the foods I needed to say no to. And then said No! No this isn’t willpower it’s No Power! If I can do it, you can. Stay Strong & Say No
